A streamlined and impactful event management software

Pros

The software is very user-friendly and I found the learning process to be quick. Onboarding new users and making changes is such a breeze and very convenient.

Cons

We're looking forward to features that allow us to print customized diplomas. Other than that, we have no complaints.

It has so many customization options!

Pros

It's incredibly easy to use. The customer support is outstanding, and there are many customization options. The team is highly responsive and always ready to help whenever I reach them.

Cons

There were some challenges with reporting. The financial data doesn't seem to align, which forces us to use Excel for reconciliation.

Very easy to navigate software

Pros

This software was simple for both our staff and attendees to navigate during the event. Creating lists and accessing event data was also very simple.

Cons

I think setting up Eventsquid for a large event can be somewhat complicated and isn't the easiest for those who aren't very familiar with the platform.

Thriving with Eventsquid

Pros

EventSquid is our go-to choice for registering participants for our annual event. The developers constantly enhance the software and add new features. We've had a fantastic experience over the past six years!

Cons

The initial setup can be a bit tedious but it becomes easier once you understand how everything works. Submitting a help ticket for issues was very easy for me and they responded in a timely manner.

We really like it

Pros

We've been using Eventsquid since 2018. After setting up one event, planning future ones becomes really easy as you quickly grasp the process. The email and phone support were excellent, so we didn't have to wait long for responses to our queries. The customer service, data handling and metrics have been great.

Cons

I wish there were more options for customizing the event page.

Choosing eventsquid again!

Pros

Eventsquid's standout features like customizable forms, quick communication with registrants, payment processing, dashboards, reports and pricing are really convenient for me.

Cons

I would appreciate the ability to generate a report for an entire year's worth of data. Additionally, we would like to have an option for item selection when choosing the type of event. It seems that adding sponsorships to an event isn't an option.

The best product and worth the investment

Pros

Eventsquid is so helpful!

Pros

We chose Eventsquid during the pandemic to manage a virtual suicide prevention training course that spans two half-days. It integrates smoothly with Zoom, allowing us to conduct this essential course safely. Customizing participant registration questions has been crucial for assessing the training's effectiveness. All our interactions with Eventsquid have been professional and focused on customer service. It's a robust product with many features and their support has been very responsive.

Cons

We've always hoped that the calendar features would integrate with Google Calendar since we don't use Outlook. Additionally, it would be helpful if registrant data were accessible across all events instead of being limited to individual events. In that sense, Eventsquid feels more like an event management system than a learning management system. Still we've managed to piece together a broader view using exported reports for each event.

Convenient but could be more flexible

Pros

This platform exceeded my expectations in every way. What I appreciated most was how easy and efficient it was to manage my events. From check in to the end, everything went smoothly and without any problem.

Cons

Although the platform has numerous features, I felt it lacked some flexibility regarding customization. I would have preferred to personalize the registration forms further and include additional fields that cater to my specific needs.

Eventsquid: a great choice for higher education

Pros

The product is extremely user-friendly and simple. We have used it for two large conferences with various registration profiles and we appreciated the flexibility to make changes as we navigated any confusing questions.

Cons

We faced an issue with our institution not permitting us to use the payment features, which we would have liked to integrate into our system. However this was not a problem with EventSquid itself.

Making conference management easier

Pros

It offers online registration and payment processing in one place, along with a dedicated event website for us.

Cons

Some of our users have difficulty with registration, but part of that is due to not thoroughly reading the instructions.

An all-in-one software

Pros

Setting up a simple event structure is very smooth. I like that I don't have to pay for features individually, this platform is a complete solution.

Cons

There's a slight difficulty at the beginning, and complex events don't always function perfectly. It also doesn't integrate with other services like ExpoBadge.

Eventsquid is our personal assistant!

Pros

Our organization was planning an event for over 2,000 attendees and we needed registration software that could handle our complex needs. After reviewing several options, we chose Eventsquid because of its offerings, ease of use, pricing, and support staff. The staff and leadership really stood out, being patient and understanding while ready to assist with any questions. Eventsquid makes you feel valued as a client, which makes a significant difference for us.

Cons

The software's reporting and statistics features could use improvement. While a lot of data is accessible, customizing reports and pinpointing specific information can be challenging or even impossible due to the software's limitations in categorizing stats. Additionally, when I'm searching for registered attendees to edit or gather information, the search criteria must match exactly what the attendees have originally entered, which makes finding some attendees difficult.

It's perfect for our association

Pros

Eventsquid is a very easy-to-use platform. I especially liked the registration features. As an association with different membership levels and registration options, including early-bird discounts, the platform made it easy for our users to navigate. The pricing tier feature allowed us to set a price increase automatically on a specified date. During the pandemic, we were able to include health safety protocols and "ready-to-attend" options during registration.

Cons

I believe the process for users to receive their login information if misplaced or forgotten could be improved.

Excellent software for conferences!

Pros

Does its job without any problem!

Pros

At its core, this platform delivers exactly what you need. Planning the event for the second time was much easier than the first, as I learned a lot and could use more features. Now that I'm heading into my third event with Eventsquid, I'm excited to use the in person check-in feature which I haven't tried yet. The support team was great and stayed engaged until any issues were resolved.

Cons

Sometimes the fundamental aspects didn't quite meet our needs. If we could have customized the appearance of the website and mobile view, we would have liked to do so. Occasionally it took several attempts for the help desk to fully understand what was happening and what we required. On the first day of registration, the website went down, which unfortunately didn't inspire confidence in the program for my executives. I've had to reassure them that it was likely a one time occurrence. After the first six months, I could have benefited from some additional training. A brief check-in to discuss how things were going and address any ongoing issues would be incredibly helpful, just 1-2 hours without additional charges would be great.
