Excellent support and efficient tool

Pros

iVvy is extremely efficient and has really helped with all areas of our department. The support team is also fantastic.

Cons

The system is sometimes more geared toward larger hotels whereas we're a small company, but this hasn't been a major issue.

I can't highlight text in bold or color on BEOs, which would be useful.

Pros

The ability to upload documents like contract templates and send them out for e-signatures has been a huge time-saver! I learned how to do this thanks to the excellent one-on-one training from their reps at iVvy.

Cons

The only real challenge was getting used to another portal after working with Delphi/Salesforce for years. However, this is the first time we've been able to connect directly with the PMS system (Opera) at our independent hotel. Once you learn the system, it's very user-friendly , just jump in!

Pros

I find iVvy very user-friendly and easy to learn. It's a great fit for our company's size and how we use the software. The interface is smooth, making it easy for our team to navigate and manage our tasks.

Cons

A minor downside is that sometimes the software feels a bit restrictive, not offering as much flexibility as we might want, but it hasn't been a significant issue compared to the overall positive experience.

a fast, reliable tool with great support

Pros

The system overall is efficient and incredibly useful. It streamlines procedures and generates documents within seconds, something that usually takes hours. The customer service is amazing, and our main contact along with the rest of the iVvy team, are always happy to assist.

Cons

I feel the document formatting can occasionally be tricky to adjust.
