Great sales tool

Pros

As a sales tool, the system makes creating proposals and using templates really easy, allowing me to quickly respond to numerous inquiries. The reporting feature is also quick and clear.

Cons

One drawback I figured is that the system currently doesn't have a sales forecasting tool that could calculate speculative figures.

Many pros, few cons

Pros

It's very simple to use and setting everything up is a breeze. I also like being able to track who's viewed any links.

Cons

The search function requires exact spelling, and only three invoices can be created automatically before needing to do it manually. And breakfast numbers don't always update when room numbers change. The system also doesn't integrate with our hotel software.

Pros

What I love about iVvy is how it simplifies everything! I can send contracts and documents to clients in just minutes, making the whole process fast and effortless.

Effortless tracking

Pros

The system is incredibly user-friendly, and it makes it so easy for me to keep track of everything.

AMAZING tool!

Pros

The support service is top-notch. I had quick and accurate responses every time! IVvy covers so many aspects in one program, which is really convenient.

Cons

This is a tough question because I'm very satisfied with the product. The only small suggestion I have is to offer more free webinar training sessions.

Seamless CRM experience with iVvy

Pros

I love how easy it is to navigate iVvy and use it as our daily CRM.

Cons

Updating taxes, fees, and menus can be a bit challenging. We also experience some discrepancies with our reservation system, where Ivvy shows the same totals for room block pickup and actualization.

Its quicker to master than other systems

Pros

The system is so simple to use. Compared to Delphi and SalesPro, I found iVvy much quicker to learn.

Cons

I think it would be helpful to be able to reuse a previous BEO for a different client if their details are the same.

Reliable and powerful event software

Pros

Someone recommended me iVvy six years ago and it has never let me down. It's an amazing event software system that has helped improve event sales, planning, reporting, and more. The system's CRM, reporting, templates, contracts, and BEOs are all fantastic. Plus, the iVvy team is great!

Cons

I have no negative feedback at all. I've loved iVvy since I started using it six years ago at my previous job.

Pros

iVvy is so user-friendly and easy. It's clean and easy to read, which is essential when you're busy with event bookings. Adding food and beverage items, menu packages and more is also simple.

Cons

Searching for dates in the diary can be a bit tricky. I believe a more detailed monthly view would be helpful.

It's really fast with minimal downtime. The virtual run sheet is great and I can open multiple tabs at once, which makes multitasking easy.

Cons

The integration with our PMS system is limited and we've had issues with translating documents into Danish.

Very easy to use software

Pros

It's really easy to use, and I've found it simple to teach others as well.

Cons
