Pros
As a sales tool, the system makes creating proposals and using templates really easy, allowing me to quickly respond to numerous inquiries. The reporting feature is also quick and clear.
Cons
One drawback I figured is that the system currently doesn't have a sales forecasting tool that could calculate speculative figures.

Pros
It's very simple to use and setting everything up is a breeze. I also like being able to track who's viewed any links.
Cons
The search function requires exact spelling, and only three invoices can be created automatically before needing to do it manually. And breakfast numbers don't always update when room numbers change. The system also doesn't integrate with our hotel software.

I love how easy it is to navigate iVvy and use it as our daily CRM.
Cons
Updating taxes, fees, and menus can be a bit challenging. We also experience some discrepancies with our reservation system, where Ivvy shows the same totals for room block pickup and actualization.

Someone recommended me iVvy six years ago and it has never let me down. It's an amazing event software system that has helped improve event sales, planning, reporting, and more. The system's CRM, reporting, templates, contracts, and BEOs are all fantastic. Plus, the iVvy team is great!

The ability to upload documents like contract templates and send them out for e-signatures has been a huge time-saver! I learned how to do this thanks to the excellent one-on-one training from their reps at iVvy.
Cons
The only real challenge was getting used to another portal after working with Delphi/Salesforce for years. However, this is the first time we've been able to connect directly with the PMS system (Opera) at our independent hotel. Once you learn the system, it's very user-friendly , just jump in!
