Works untill unless some issues come up

Pros

It allowed us to do some customization and workarounds which helped us with the setup process.

Cons

The knowledge base is lacking. There is no direct contact with customer service and when we do reach out, they do not seem to do much. Plus they forced us to integrate with Stripe which changed the refund policy from the one we originally started with.

Expect no support

Pros

Well I find it quite good in a manner that it can handle a lot of reservations with ease.

Cons

There is no support despite the 5 star reviews they boast about. Also they want everything done via email or their chatbot. Here is my typical troubleshooting routine, I search the help articles and find no solution. I detail my issue and the chatbot sends me in circles for about 30 minutes. Eventually I get a real person who is just as clueless and does the same run around. After about two hours they refer me back to the help center. And I have had the same frustrating experience with email support too.
