“PERFECT for small non-profits with few events”
Pros
The biggest benefit for us has been the small percentage of the registration fee. Our conferences occur over Memorial Day weekends and typically cost $500-$600, so any other website's transaction fee would be significantly higher. We also use PayPal for credit card transactions, which helps reduce charges from the credit card networks. I'm thrilled with the technical support, prompt and articulate communication. Even though weekend support isn't promised, I've sometimes received responses. A key feature for us has been the ability to allow people to make multiple payments rather than all at once. There are many more features I haven't explored yet but attendees can register themselves and edit their registrations. The software offers flexible registrant types, breakout session setups and various options for tickets and payments. I want to dive into the lodging options next. I appreciate being able to keep a testing window open while modifying settings in the backend and refreshing to see the effects. The only downside is that I occasionally need to re-enter registrant information after refreshing.
Cons
Someone else mentioned earlier, the email editor can be a bit confusing at first, but I just noticed that there are instructions at the top for importing a Word document without any issues. Yay! You can also edit the HTML to make tweaks. I appreciate that I can add graphics and flow text around them but I haven't figured out how to get a little margin between the graphic and the text. I noticed that the banner manager, where I upload my letterhead, seems to apply across the application. So if I want to change the letterhead for just one temporary purpose, I need to remember to revert it afterward to avoid affecting everything else that uses the letterhead. Like anything there's some difficulty to set it up but I found I could quickly pick up how RSVPBook works by trying things out and testing to see how everything interacts.

“AWESOME TOOL!”
Pros
This is a fantastic tool for an office or anyone who hosts a lot of events. The pricing is very reasonable, making it easy to keep track of our RSVPs.
Cons
There aren't many cons with this software, it has a lot of tools and features. It does cost money, though while there are free alternatives available.

“Using it for the third time!”
Pros
Setting up events is relatively easy, and the reporting tools are incredibly useful. I can use standard reports or set up custom ones that can be accessed by multiple people, which allows me to delegate event activities.
Cons
I do wish there were fewer limits on the sizing of photo banners and placement of logos, at least in the version I'm using.

“Excellent value for small non-profits”
Pros
I've used RSVPBook for two conference events so far and have been thrilled with its flexibility and functionality given the cost. There are no startup costs or hidden fees. It's perfect for organizations needing to filter registrants, sign up for multiple events, purchase additional items, and share information all in one place. It can be a bit tricky to navigate at first but customer service is super helpful and responds almost instantly via the chat feature.
Cons
The overall design feels a bit dated, like mid-90s PowerPoint themes. The administrative dashboard can be tricky to navigate and I think it isn't very user-friendly. The file cabinet feature is also not great.

“Strong tools and excellent help”
Pros
rsvpBOOK is a well designed and efficient tool that has allowed me to efficiently register attendees, communicate changes in sessions and provide all necessary information through a web-based app before the event. The customer service and support have been superior, personal and timely. I really appreciate the automated features, like automatic emails for registrants when sessions are canceled. Overall it's an A+ product and a positive experience.
Cons
There are limited tools for communicating with speakers. It would be fantastic to automate communication with speakers and presenters.

“Very happy with this tool, using it for past 5 years”
Pros
I've used rsvpBOOK for our annual event with 1,000 volunteers. While the initial setup can be time-consuming for an event with many categories, the online resources, email opportunities and chat support are very helpful in navigating the features and answering questions. Copying the template from one year and reusing it with needed changes has significantly reduced my setup time. I'm very happy with this software.
Cons
Took me some time to initially set up an event, but there weren't any major problems otherwise.

“Good tool with reliable support”
Pros
We receive great support from the team at RSVPBook. Responsiveness is key to our business and they excel at ensuring quick responses.
Cons
I don't have anything specific to mention, I typically let them know if there's something I wish it could do. I like the app, but some customers want more functionality and/or the ability to download it from the app store instead of relying on Wi-Fi.

“Infinite flexibility in the program”
Pros
RSVPBook.com is easy to manage registration for training events and the program with infinite flexibility. I can't imagine what I might want to do that I can't do with it. It allows me to manage registrations for our relatively small trainings cost-effectively. The alternative would be to handle it manually, which would lead to errors. Their customer service is absolutely amazing!
Cons
The setup text is really small. This might just be my computer but I don't think so. The tickets page can be confusing. What's the "group" thing? It seems like the part where I input the fee is critical and should stand out more to the user, instead of being buried under several layers. I've mentioned this in a customer survey before and I can't imagine I'm the only one who feels this way. I've messed it up and had to ask for help on multiple occasions as a result.

“I really love rsvpBook!!!”
Pros
Since 2012, our association has relied on RSVP for our events, and it truly has been a lifesaver! Each year, our spring conference becomes more efficient and registrant-friendly thanks to the new RSVP features we discover and implement. The expertise and technical support are exceptional because we can always count on Nelson and John to ensure our registration experience and back-end reporting run smoothly. Thanks, RSVP!
Cons
It can be frustrating when there are multiple layers to the same feature. I often find myself clicking through various options in different sections just to make sure the settings are correct.
