“Great support for our successful hybrid exhibition”

We hosted a hybrid exhibition for our association and from the very start, their customer success manager stayed connected with us. They assisted us with everything from registrations to event analytics. We utilized their Mailchimp integration for email campaigns and the Hubspot CRM integration to manage leads. The platform was very user-friendly and our attendees had no trouble navigating all the areas. With the hybrid setup, they ensured that sponsors and exhibitors could engage both remote and on-site attendees. QR-enabled booths allowed on-site attendees to check out the virtual booths, while the virtual expo hall meant remote attendees could visit exhibitor booths anytime. They truly went above and beyond to make our event a success. After working with various vendors for multiple hybrid events over the years, I can confidently say this platform finally meets our needs at a much lower price than the alternatives available.

“It has really interactive features”
Pros
Samaaro provided plenty of interactive features like live reactions, polls and session ratings, which made the sessions lively and engaging. One of our main concerns was whether speakers would be able to connect with remote attendees. They integrated a Q&A feature into the virtual auditorium, making it easy to collect questions from remote participants. The customization and branding options were fantastic as well. We displayed our sponsors' banners in the lobby, auditoriums and even in the gaming arena. As an organizer, I found their admin dashboard easy to use, and the analytics dashboard captured all the metrics we wanted to track. Everyone, attendees, delegates, exhibitors, and sponsors, was extremely pleased with their experience on the platform.
Cons

“Incredible software for hybrid events”

The customer support was absolutely amazing! The platform is customizable, featuring a stunning and user-friendly interface with a clean design that's easy to navigate. Their integrations with tools like Walls.io, ActiveCampaign, and Salesforce allowed us to pull in feeds from Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter, send email campaigns and add leads directly to our CRM. Sponsors appreciated the customization options available for their hybrid booths. Attendees found it super easy to rate sessions, interact with delegates and vote for the best speaker from the auditorium.
Cons
This event management software is excellent and truly leaves no room for complaints. I have no complaints!

“Simple conference planning”
Pros
They took care of every little detail for our conference. To facilitate easier checkins, they provided integrations with payment gateways like Paypal, stripe and razorpay. We also used mailchimp to send out email reminders before the event and the whole process was incredibly smooth. The platform's UI was designed with the understanding that many delegates and attendees might not be very tech-savvy. Our delegates and attendees loved the UI, it was easy to use and visually appealing. Their 3D immersive spaces with animations made our online event feel lifelike for everyone. From my perspective as an organizer, I found this platform to be a better alternative to others like Vfairs or Dreamcast, as Samaaro offered enterprise-level solutions at a much lower price.

Their solid platform, with a lot of customization options for us and exhibitors, was a huge help. We used dedicated ad spaces to run video ads for our sponsors, who loved the flexibility they had in customizing their booths. From changing the interior design of the booths to lead scoring on the dashboard, Samaaro helped us deliver everything our sponsors asked for. I would definitely recommend it to other event organizers, as I found their service to be a more affordable yet superior alternative to other tools on the market.

The entire Samaaro platform is customizable, allowing us to deliver a branded hybrid event just as we envisioned. With their integrations to PayPal and Stripe, overseas attendees registered without any issues. The customer success team at Samaaro was outstanding, consistently available and quick to provide solutions for any additional requirements. For anyone in search of an enterprise-level event management solution, this is a much cheaper and better alternative to other tools available.
