“Offers great integration options
Pros
Integrating with my existing marketing tools was a breeze. Creating a webpage without coding skills felt easy, thanks to the simple interface that anyone can use. Plus, it works well with Slack.
Cons
The pricing can be a bit high for startups like ours, that are looking to dive fully into their event marketing needs.

“Awesome tool for marketers to create easy registration
Pros
After spending time with Splash, the website editor became a powerful asset for promoting events and sharing updates. The registration setup is so easy and the built-in emailing system is super useful for staying connected with my attendees.
Cons
I think there are some drawbacks, like only being able to have one long website instead of multiple tables, which can get overwhelming when trying to include venue details, agendas, speakers, FAQs, etc. The registration system also supports only one type of registration, making it tricky for both in-person and virtual events.

“It's great to customize this app however I want!
Pros
The level of customization stands out as the best I've seen. Once the system is understood, managing everything independently is so simple. Tracking attendees and communicating via email is simple, making it an organized system.
Cons
At first, relying on customer support to resolve issues can be frustrating, especially when time is of the essence. But I suppose that's part of getting used to a new system. Overall, I have no major complaints!

“Very easy to use
Pros
I find it very quick and easy to use, which makes managing registrations a breeze. The WYSIWYG editor for creating landing pages is fantastic.
Cons
Like many other solutions, not having Google Analytics integration was a downside for me, but it's not a dealbreaker.

“Extremely useful application
Pros
Even after only using Splash a few times, the software feels incredibly user-friendly and valuable. Previously, I was tracking event management with Google Sheets, but this tool has truly transformed my process. It's also really handy for checking in guests.
Cons
There's not much to dislike about the software. It feels like there are plenty of opportunities for growth, especially around tracking different metrics and enhancing features for event marketing.

“I think it need some improvements.
Pros
This tool has been essential in evaluating live event performance. There was little insight before, but now it's clear if our events are yielding results.
Cons
The feature set and segmentation options seem a bit simplistic, I believe. It would be great to see more advanced segmentation methods, such as triggers to send invites through integrations with other marketing tools.

“Convenient tool
Pros
I like that everything is conveniently located in one place: the event list, landing page, and details. The email features, like scheduled messages and reminders, make managing large events much easier.
Cons
Some functionalities were not very simple for me. For example, when creating a landing page, and shifting things out of the template can be quite challenging.

“effortless event management with splash!
Pros
Updating event details and generating reports is effortless; our events team can manage these tasks very easily. They do not have to contact each external team member to generate reports or update event details.

I believe there are some limitations when it comes to tracking an attendee's participation across different events.

“Really a great software
Pros
Creating beautiful and functional landing pages is simple. Whenever there are questions, the support team is quick to respond and ensures understanding of our issues. They've developed an amazing product with exceptional support.

“I can easily handle all the information for my events.
Pros
The modular design makes it easy for me to add or remove event information, and the check-in feature is also very helpful.
Cons
There isn't much to complain about but one issue is that form fields are in English by default and can't be changed to German without contacting customer service. I think this could be improved.

“Incredible platform for event management!
Pros
Splash is a fantastic tool that is enjoyable to use and offers user-friendly features. The beautiful templates, ease of customization, and excellent customer support are all significant advantages. I really like this product.
Cons
There's not much more to add, but having greater flexibility in changing hard-coded features, like branding on automated emails or specific event jargon, would be beneficial. We use it for recruiting, so this is quite a specific use case.
