“An amazing ll-in-one platform for events
Pros
The platform is really comprehensive and easy to use. What I loved most was being able to create and manage my entire event in one place, from attendee registration to providing a mobile app for participants.
Cons
It has a few features that could be improved to make it even easier to use. We did run into some technical issues during the live stream that caused a bit of concern, but in the end, everything worked out fine.

“Perfect for sales kickoff events
Pros
The software was great for driving engagement throughout our event. From the admin side, it was simple to use and attendees found it easy to navigate as well. The customer success manager did an amazing job of responding to my requests. I highly recommend MeetApp; not only for the platform itself but also for the fantastic support we received during the event.
Cons
The Zoom integration caused some problems for us, mainly because when Zoom was embedded directly into the platform, only the presenter's video was visible, not the other participants. To work around this, we had participants log into Zoom in a separate window but that wasn't ideal since it allowed them to bypass using MeetApp entirely.

“Outstanding for live and hybrid events
Pros
Overall we really enjoy using MeetApp. The team is always responsive and helpful in finding solutions for our needs. They're cost-effective, but not in a way that feels like the product is cheap. It fits within our budget, which is important since we often work with limited resources. They're always looking for ways to improve and are open to suggestions.
Cons
We really need a feature that allows users to add events to their calendars directly from the confirmation email. It would also be helpful to have the option for multiple check-in time points for onsite registration.

“Professional and sleek experience
Pros
The platform looked professional and polished. Having our own branded app was a nice touch and really added to the overall experience.
Cons
Overall I liked the platform, especially the customer support. Whenever I had questions, they were quick to respond and really helpful.

“MeetApp made 2020 events a success
Pros
What sets MeetApp apart is the team. They're always collaborating with us on new ideas and providing excellent tech support at every stage. They helped us run many events in 2020, and their work has become well-known here in Canada. They really are the backbone of our event planning process.
Cons
There are two things that would make the platform even better for us: 1) the ability to customize the side panel, and 2) the ability to generate reports for a specific time period (e.g., from July 4th to July 14th).

“Works great as a distributor sales platform
Pros
We can easily customize content for different groups within the same platform and stay in regular communication with our reps. I love how the platform works for our sales team and the MeetApp account rep and their team have always been amazing to work with!
Cons
Earlier versions had a few duplicate features, but those were cleaned up in the latest update and are much less redundant now. I'm happy with the product.

It's been incredibly useful for sharing important information with our conference attendees and collecting more accurate feedback than we've had before.
Cons
For larger conferences with many speakers and sessions, it does take a bit of time to input all the information, though that's typical with any event management platform I have used.

“Easy to use with amazing service
Pros
When we had to switch to virtual events, we found MeetApp, and the team was fantastic to work with. They helped us set up two full conferences that went off almost without a hitch. The customer support rep was especially helpful, going above and beyond, even working on the weekend to assist attendees with any issues. It was a great experience and I'd definitely recommend them.

Honestly, I can't think of anything I really disliked about the software.

“Love using MeetApp!
Pros
MeetApp has really helped us move away from old fashioned event booklets and transition to modern technology, putting all the important information right at attendees' fingertips. The team has been so helpful with all the questions I have as we learn the new features. The app itself is super easy to use, anyone can figure it out.
Cons
There are still a few bugs to iron out, but the MeetApp team has been great about working quickly to resolve them.
