I absolutely love working with their team. They are very professional and cooperative and they addressed all of my concerns. The platform is simple to use and there are plenty of cutomization options available.

We have faced no issues while using this software. It has been a smooth journey and our needs have been met by it.

“Flexible software

Pros

Really enjoyed the flexibility to fully brand our event the way we like to. Its also great that we can remove the things we dont need and add things like extra rooms or halls if needed.

Cons

I'd like to have more control over backend tasks instead of having to request for them. It would be great if I could handle things like graphics myself like many other things it allows me to do.

It offers a really easy setup and amazing support in case you run into a problem . Our experience with them has been great throughout.

Would have loved if I understood the backend better so I could make quick changes. Having said that I have had a good experience with them.

Our vFairs representative was very quick to assist us and the communication was clear and to the point. He made the entire platform setup process so easy and stress free. Really appreciate it!

Not a downside as such but setting up our platform took a lot longer than expected.
