Strong real time engagement system

Pros

A thing that really stands out is how it and Webinars updates both the website and the app in real time which makes managing changes much faster and more efficient. Being able to enter everything in one place is also very convenient and saves time. I also really appreciate that the app supports real-time ratings and announcements which has been very useful for us.

Cons

Only thing I'd still like to see is a dedicated app feature that lets me handle announcements or make attendee changes directly there instead of having to go through the website.

feature rich platform

Pros

One thing that really stands out to me about it & Webinars is how dependable it is, along with the wide range of features it offers for professional training and large events. I find it makes handling registrations, sessions and participant access very manageable and I also appreciate the interactive tools like Q&A, polls and breakout rooms. The recording and reporting features have been especially useful for me when reviewing sessions and tracking results.

Cons

It is a great tool overall but the platform can feel a bit heavy at times, especially for attendees with slower internet connections or older devices. The initial loading time and occasional software updates can sometimes push back the start of a session which interrupts the flow of training. A lighter client or a better browser-based experience would make the platform much more usable overall, especially for large education programs and public training events.

powerful large scale event tool

Pros

From my experience, the platform felt simple right from the start and comes packed with features designed for large conferences and community events. I especially appreciate how well it handles more complex requirements which made it a great fit for my needs.

Cons

Customizable and efficient event management

Pros

Since I started using it, managing events has become much more efficient for me and my team. I really like the customization options because they allow me to shape each event exactly how I want while keeping everything polished and on-brand.

Cons

user friendly event planning tool

Pros

Planning events has been much easier for me with this platform and I really enjoy how customizable the forms are. I also find the interface very user-friendly and moving between events is simple which helps me stay organized.

Cons

Modern and great experience

Pros

Right away, I felt the platform was modern and easy to use for both me and my attendees. I've also received great feedback about how simple it is to navigate which has helped improve participation and satisfaction.

Cons

At this point, I honestly can't point to anything I disliked or any real drawbacks. The whole experience has been flawless from beginning to end. easy customization and integration

Pros

When I started using it, the tool worked easily with my website and made managing events easy. I especially value how simple the registration interface is and how easily I can customize designs for different events.

Cons

Our overall experience has been extremely positive. Managing attendee details has been efficient and hassle-free and that has been a major advantage for our team. At this stage, I really don't have any complaints, especially since it has cut the time our staff spends organizing events by half.

Simple attendance and engagement tracking

Pros

Strong interactive webinar controls

Pros

Running large virtual sessions with it & Webinars has been very valuable for me because it keeps everything organized and interactive. I really appreciate the level of control I have during sessions and I find the Q&A and polling tools effective for engagement. The reporting features also help me track attendance and follow up afterward.

Cons

Getting started with it & Webinars the first time could definitely be better. There was a bit of a learning curve before I felt comfortable navigating everything effectively. The customization options also feel somewhat limited. A guided setup wizard that walks users through webinar creation step by step would make the process much easier. Clearer default settings and ready-made templates would also help with branding and I'd really value a more flexible registration page with options to adjust fonts and color themes.

Pros

Smooth onboarding experience

Pros

Getting started felt easy to me and I didn't face much of a learning curve. I appreciate how the platform keeps events organized while still giving me flexibility to customize details.

Cons

One thing I'd really like to see is the option to add more administrator users, preferably one after another without having to click through multiple pages each time. On top of that, some of the design elements feel hardcoded which makes customization a bit restrictive in those areas.

Strong engagement and integrations

Pros

I've noticed that its integration with other IT solutions creates a really strong overall experience. It helps me make sessions more engaging through features like Q&A, live polls, chat and reactions.

Cons

Advanced webinar experience

Pros

Running webinars on this platform has been one of my best experiences so far. I find it user-friendly while still offering advanced customization options like chats, polls and Q&A.

Cons

The interface can feel pretty overwhelming for new users, especially for anyone coming from Zoom, since the UI is more complex than other platforms. Another downside is that chat history is only available when the sessions are recorded.

When I run large virtual events on it & Webinars, I consistently get professional audio and video quality. I also like how the interactive tools keep attendees engaged and I find the host controls easy to manage. The integrations with calendar and email tools make scheduling much more efficient for me.

Cons

Getting started with it and Webinars can be a bit challenging because the interface may feel complicated and not very simple, especially for first-time users. Setting up registration forms and managing panelists can take more time than expected and may feel confusing at times. The platform also relies heavily on having a stable internet connection, since weak connectivity can lead to lag or even dropped sessions. Branding and event layout customization are somewhat limited as well when compared with newer platforms. In addition, the pricing can feel quite high for smaller organizations or educational institutions.

Pros

Planning events with it & Webinars feels easy for me, whether I'm organizing small sessions or large conferences. I can manage registration, branding and access easily and I really appreciate the engagement tools and how well the platform handles large audiences.

Cons

A few parts of it & Webinars could definitely be more user-friendly, especially some of the backend menus and settings. New admins may need a bit of time before they feel fully comfortable navigating everything. Handling large invitation lists also isn't the most efficient when external contacts need to be uploaded and some of the more advanced reporting and customization options feel somewhat limited. I'd also like to see more flexible security and access controls to better match different event types or company requirements. None of these are deal-breakers but they do seem like areas that could use improvement.

Eco friendly and flexible setup

Pros

Having everything in one centralized platform made the whole event setup and execution process much more efficient and completely paperless. That was a big advantage for me, not just from an organizational standpoint but also because it supports a more sustainable way of managing events that fits modern needs well. Another thing I really valued was the platform's flexibility, since it could adapt to different event formats and requirements without much trouble. The interface also felt very user-friendly and the option to personalize it with pictures and colors was a real plus. Attendees responded well to that because it gave them a platform that was both accessible and visually appealing. Even though the event itself was in person, the setup process went very well with the help of the internal support team which also showed how versatile the tool is. Altogether, these features made the event management experience much more aligned, eco-friendly and attractive.

Pros

There's a really impressive range of features on the platform, with a complete set of tools that works well for just about any event. Having everything available from one dashboard is especially convenient, since all the tools we need are in one place and quick to access. It's also been very helpful when we need to send targeted emails to our clients.

Cons

A few updates or configuration changes still require help from support, since there's a bit of a learning curve and some parts aren't especially simple. On top of that, report generation can be a little slow when working with larger data sets.

Feature rich and responsive platform

Pros

There's a lot packed into this platform in terms of ideas and features that can be included in an event app or webpage. On the user side, most people seem to have no trouble getting around it. I like that chat support team has also been excellent, very responsive and clearly knowledgeable.

Cons

The backend can feel a bit confusing at times. Since there are so many moving parts, it's not always obvious where to find everything or what certain categories and options are meant for, especially when trying to figure out the best way to use them to improve the overall user experience.

reliable collaboration & support tool

Pros

Video and audio quality has been consistently dependable, even during long meetings which is something I really appreciate. Setting up meetings, joining calls and sharing screens all feels easy and the chat and recording tools make collaboration feel organized and convenient.

Cons

My biggest issue is how many system resources it uses, because that can lead to lag when multiple people are sharing screens or using video at once. I also think the interface feels a bit dated and could use a more modern design with simpler navigation.

Professional webinar and recording system

Pros

Running webinars through this platform has really helped us interact with potential clients in a more polished and professional way and it strengthens our brand communication without filling inboxes with promotional emails. The cloud storage has been especially valuable since it gives us long-term access to past webinars which is important when we need to revisit information during decision-making. On top of that, the way it handles different groups and takes care of administrative tasks automatically has made our day-to-day operations much more efficient.

Cons

The signup and integration process still feels more complicated than it should be. Right now, users need to contact us by email first which then triggers HubSpot but I'd much prefer a direct signup option inside the platform that could automatically create an Asana project afterward. That would cut out the manual work and let our team spend less time drafting emails and more time focusing on integrations. During setup, the IT team did provide several options which was helpful but it would have worked better if they had first taken more time to understand my workflow and match their recommendations to that before presenting different workflow choices.

reliable meetings with AI features

From my experience running meetings on this platform has been very dependable thanks to the strong video and audio quality, great security and convenient integrations. I also find the AI-generated summaries and features like noise removal and real-time transcription especially useful.

Cons

The interface still feels outdated and the app takes up a lot of space. Since AI capabilities are improving so quickly, it would be better if users could customize the summary style and set task-based follow-up reminders. It also needs stronger co-host management, simpler pre-assignment options and more polished broadcast controls.

High scale engagement success

Pros

During our recent "Celebrate You Week," I saw how well the platform handles scale. We hosted around 15,000 participants without any issues and features like polls, chat and gamification kept everyone engaged throughout.

Cons

There were still a couple of hiccups during the event. When the host joined late, the panelists had trouble getting connected to the audio which created some inconvenience. On top of that, after a recent update, a few of the more advanced settings seem to be tucked away deeper in the menus. That made the interface feel less simple than before and meant first-time hosts would likely need some training to find and use those options comfortably.

Smooth large event experience

Pros

At our event, I noticed attendees really enjoyed using the app, especially since poor cell service could have been an issue. Setting everything up on my end was easy and support was quick and kind whenever I needed help.

Cons

One thing I'd love to see added in the future is the ability to assign speakers to multiple rooms and connect them directly to the sessions where they're presenting. That was the only feature I felt was missing.

Flexible and customizable platform

Pros

One thing I really like is how flexible the platform is. I can add different third-party tools and customize the experience, while the interface stays clean and easy to use.

Cons

There are still a few areas that need work. Their built-in Production Studio has some issues and progress on developing it seems to have slowed. You also can't send chat messages directly from the production studio which is limiting. The event lobby could use more functionality too, especially the option to embed a video. Another annoyance is that hyperlinks posted in session chat open in the same browser window instead of launching in a separate tab.

Transformative community event platform

Pros

When I first started using it back when it was Socio, it completely changed how we delivered our services. It gave us a central hub for our community and opened up new possibilities for streaming and engagement.

Cons

One thing I still really wish it had is a calendar feature people could actually subscribe to and that's one of the few issues the company still hasn't solved. Every event has to be entered one by one. At the moment, I'm paying for a second service and doing double the work for our members because I need a calendar that auto-populates, can be subscribed to and updates whenever changes are made. On top of that, after the acquisition, the pricing increased by 7x which forced me to rebuild my entire company.
