Pros
A thing that really stands out is how it and Webinars updates both the website and the app in real time which makes managing changes much faster and more efficient. Being able to enter everything in one place is also very convenient and saves time. I also really appreciate that the app supports real-time ratings and announcements which has been very useful for us.
Cons
Only thing I'd still like to see is a dedicated app feature that lets me handle announcements or make attendee changes directly there instead of having to go through the website.

One thing that really stands out to me about it & Webinars is how dependable it is, along with the wide range of features it offers for professional training and large events. I find it makes handling registrations, sessions and participant access very manageable and I also appreciate the interactive tools like Q&A, polls and breakout rooms. The recording and reporting features have been especially useful for me when reviewing sessions and tracking results.
Cons
It is a great tool overall but the platform can feel a bit heavy at times, especially for attendees with slower internet connections or older devices. The initial loading time and occasional software updates can sometimes push back the start of a session which interrupts the flow of training. A lighter client or a better browser-based experience would make the platform much more usable overall, especially for large education programs and public training events.

I really appreciate the level of control I have during sessions and I find the Q&A and polling tools effective for engagement. The reporting features also help me track attendance and follow up afterward.
Cons
Getting started with it & Webinars the first time could definitely be better. There was a bit of a learning curve before I felt comfortable navigating everything effectively. The customization options also feel somewhat limited. A guided setup wizard that walks users through webinar creation step by step would make the process much easier. Clearer default settings and ready-made templates would also help with branding and I'd really value a more flexible registration page with options to adjust fonts and color themes.

A few parts of it & Webinars could definitely be more user-friendly, especially some of the backend menus and settings. New admins may need a bit of time before they feel fully comfortable navigating everything. Handling large invitation lists also isn't the most efficient when external contacts need to be uploaded and some of the more advanced reporting and customization options feel somewhat limited. I'd also like to see more flexible security and access controls to better match different event types or company requirements. None of these are deal-breakers but they do seem like areas that could use improvement.
