“easy to use for check-ins

Pros

Using Zkipster is a breeze especially the in-event check-in system. After running some large events, I received great feedback from customers about the smooth check-in experience upon arrival.

Cons

Not really a con for me, but I would love a purpose-built post-event feedback survey function and it would be great if the text feature could show my business name instead of Zkipster's.

Pros

The support team is fantastic and I find the QR code feature incredibly helpful.

Cons

There are some features I wish were available like the ability to de-duplicate names after importing different lists and support for multiple RSVPs within one invite.

“Great tool that make registration simple

I really love the registration options with editable forms, they make things so much easier.

Cons

Cost feels prohibitively expensive for my organization. I hoped to split it among several events, but I believe the second event opted out.

The pricing feels extreme, especially since it limits sharing with my team.

I initially signed on for the table-seating functions but I ended up upgrading to access all the other event management features!

Like any system, there are a few nuances I have to get used to, like finding menu items but overall I find it easy to use.

Pros

This product feels like it was custom-made for my needs as an event manager. Drafting, copying and amending invitations is super easy. Zkipster anticipates various scenarios in event planning and has solutions for almost all of them. The product team is forward-thinking, and every new feature aligns with modern technology.

Cons

I miss having a database feature, but I know the product team is working on something similar for managing contacts within Zkipster. I would also appreciate more logo options in invitations and additional fonts or highlight features.

“I won't use anything else!

Pros

Event registration has never been easier! Zkipster makes it easy for me to process fast, simple and get a significant improvement over the old paper-and-pen method I used for years.

Cons

Uploading guest lists could definitely use more user-friendly technology for me.

The user interface is so simple that even those unfamiliar with the system can use it right away. Plus, the loading speed is impressively fast.

Cons

I uploaded the check-in guest lists to Zkipster but it didn't reflect immediately, I had to log out and back in to see the updates. I would prefer it to show up right away. Also I would like the ability to edit the "type here" text on the form.
