Convenient and effective software

Pros

Zoho Backstage has transformed my event planning from complete chaos to a much more manageable process. Tracking sales and attendee information has become much easier, and setting up ticket options was a breeze. With everything from registration to promotion in one place, I no longer have to switch between platforms, saving me both time and frustration. The easy interface and ready-to-use templates have made me look like a design pro.

Cons

My event had some limitations that affected the expression of the unique style of the app. The web platform is user-friendly, but the mobile app could use some improvement. Participating in the platform to promote my event was a bit confusing. Better integration with social media and marketing tools right from the start would be helpful.

Great for online and offline events

Pros

Setting up the landing page was simple. The app covers most of the essentials needed for hosting my event, making it easy for anyone to create a landing page and sell tickets online without needing much tech support.

Cons

The available landing page templates are quite limited. It would be great to have more options with various design styles.

Beautiful layout and a perfect solution for event management

Pros

I was really impressed by how easy it was to design and customize my event website. The platform offers a variety of templates and design tools, allowing me to create a professional page in just a few minutes.

Cons

Pros

An all-in-one app

Pros

Setting up an event and everything that comes with it is incredibly easy and saves a lot of time. I love the "all-in-one" feature and each event gets its own mini-site to showcase the agenda, speakers, and sponsors.

Cons

The back office ergonomics could use some improvement. And I think there's also room for more customization on the audience side of the front end.

GREAT but a bit pricey

Pros

It offers a great range of tools for managing and promoting events. Features like OnAir makes it so easy for me to set up virtual events.

Cons

The pricing can be a bit high for small virtual events. If I were to start with the "free" tier, it means that add-ons can quickly become costly per day.

Pros

I use Zoho for my website, and I'm really pleased with how well it meets my needs.

Cons

It's functioning well but I find it a bit challenging to use. However with the help of a custom client, it becomes simpler.

I can manage a lot of things with its help

Pros

It has all the necessary features to organize events for large groups and multiple exhibitors. You can manage presentations, agendas, venues, and visitors all on the same platform ensuring that your guests don't miss a thing!

Cons

It would be fantastic to see more features and better integration with other Zoho apps. The website creation for events feels a bit basic. Overall, I think its an excellent app!
