“employees locate resources and people quickly”
Pros
Getting started with Accordant has been pretty easy and simple because most of the features are quick to pick up. That has made a big difference in cutting down training time for new users on our team. The web-based interface is very user-friendly so employees can pull up floor plans or find people and resources fast, directly from their browsers. On top of that, the drag-and-drop tools make occupancy updates almost effortless for our facilities team. The newer back-to-work toolkit has also been incredibly important for helping us organize and manage our company's return to the office after COVID-19.
Cons
One area that still needs work is reporting. The standard reports feel a bit rough especially when we need to run them across a large portfolio. It would be a big improvement if future releases included customizable reports and better data export options.

“expansion is affordable”
Pros
One of the biggest wins for us is that pricing is tied to square footage instead of user count which makes the cost really attractive as we prepare to bring our global offices on board this year. Getting started was not a problem at all and the how-to sheets we put together with CadM helped simplify our training manuals so our team was up and running faster than we expected.
Cons
There really weren't any lasting negatives for us because the issues we ran into were turned into positives through strong collaboration with the CadM development team. Since we were early adopters of the mydesk application, we were essentially beta testing its functionality. You don't always know how something will work until it's used in real situations so I made a point to use it and share honest feedback. The CadM team was receptive and used that input to make changes, enhancements and improvements.

“The automated location tools are excellent”
Pros
A feature that made the biggest difference was the automated location management. Accordant was simple to get the hang of and after just a week of training, I was ready to start using it confidently. It also fit into our existing business processes without much effort which made the transition very smooth.
Cons
The part I was least satisfied with was the asset management feature since it could be more optimized. The reporting function could also use some additional improvements.
