“APIs and clean reports”
Pros
every part of the system was trouble-free and got our field team up and running. The reporting is clean and simple and we were also able to use the APIs to create live links between jobs and our job management system, TeamPoint.
Cons
We really haven't run into any problems. From a contractor's perspective, the product performs very well.

“GPS confirms our staff arrive at customer sites”
Pros
One feature that really adds value here is the GPS tracking since it lets customers see that our employees are actually on-site during field and customer visits. It has also helped us manage our time in the field much better. On top of that, all work orders are displayed in a single interface, including completed, pending and overdue tasks which keeps everything organized and easy to monitor.
Cons
The part that worked the least well for me was that work orders coming in through email could not be accepted or rejected. Other than that, the product overall feels well organized.

Accruent does a decent job of keeping all the information needed to get the job done in one place.
Cons
Entering a record is pretty difficult and uploading documents feels tedious. The system also makes searching by PO number or store number harder than it should be.
