Accountability helps reduce worry

Pros

One thing that really stands out is how flexible this software is. It fits into existing management systems without much trouble and having that level of adaptability makes a big difference. It also brings full accountability which really helps reduce the worry of overlooking something that could turn into a RIDDOR-reportable incident.

Cons

Getting started can feel a bit complicated at first although that may be more down to the fact that I hadn't used an H&S software system before.

No negatives after five years of use

Pros

AssessNET really feels like a platform built around the user. The functionality across every module is impressive and after using it for more than five years, I've been able to see how each module has developed over time. Every update has added even more capability than the version before it. The apps have been a brilliant addition as well and they help take the hassle out of even the most routine tasks.

Cons

I honestly don't have any negatives to mention so there's nothing for me to add here.
