“editable checklists and smooth data sync”
Pros
Right away, the product feels approachable. With the newer release, being able to make changes to checklists is a real plus. It also runs with better fluidity when handling the latest updates and the data synchronization is efficient. Another useful part is the option to add explanatory notes, photos, videos and PDF attachments. Report traceability is also handled well which makes follow-up much simpler.
Cons
One feature I'd still like to see is the ability to work directly on PDF files while compiling especially for configurations. That said, the updates released during 2021 did improve the overall fluidity and consistency of how the product operates.

“Version 21 brought speed”
Pros
AuditManager helped us turn a lot of previously scattered, non-standard lists into proper digital documentation. On top of having all the information in one place now, we can actually track it and see clear gains in efficiency.
Cons
The earlier version had a backend that felt too cluttered and wasn't very user-friendly. Since version 2.1 though, a lot of improvements have been added and it now adapts well across browsers. The Focus Team also managed the integration with our existing business systems very effectively. In its updated form, the application is noticeably faster .
