“Customization fits our family business”
Pros
Running this for my family business has been a really positive experience. The level of customization they offered is outstanding and fits our needs very well. Their support team is also fantastic and always ready to help whenever I run into any issues. On top of that, the software takes a lot of complexity out of the process and makes things much more manageable for me.
Cons
One thing that still needs attention is consistency. While the overall service is very good, there are times when notifications arrive a little late. That part could definitely be improved.

Pros
One thing that really elevates Augury is the outstanding support team. The Vibes Analysts, CSMs and RSMs all do an excellent job and make the overall experience much better. On top of that, the product delivers a level of value that's incredibly worthwhile.
Cons
There's still some room to improve when it comes to notifications for fallen EPs and IoT health issues. It would also be beneficial to have sensors available that are rated for C1D1 classified areas.
