“system fit well into our works”
Pros
Having several check-in options has been a big plus for us. The contactless features help our customers feel safe and well looked after and the system was simple and flexible enough to fit into the processes we already had in place. On top of that, the dashboards provide valuable customer insights that are genuinely useful.
Cons
At this stage, we're happy with what we've seen and haven't come across any major downsides.

Pros
Getting this software into our current set of business tools was surprisingly simple which made the rollout much easier than expected. The visitor analytics features have also been incredibly useful, giving our team the kind of insight we need to make more informed, data-driven decisions across the organization.

“Check-in data became a valuable marketing source”
Pros
We rolled out contactless visitor check-in for a client and it was exciting once people actually started using it. After about two months, we began digging into the check-in data for marketing and outreach and it turned out to be incredibly valuable. There were endless real-world data cohorts to work with which opened up a lot of useful opportunities.
Cons
One thing I wanted was a bit more branding control for the visitor web check-in. Right now, you can add a logo and custom messages but you can't use your own HTML or CSS. Support did mention that expanded customization is on their roadmap so hopefully that comes later.
