Pros

Aware360 offers a full end-to-end ERP system for employees. It lets us monitor employee details such as location, activity and condition and it works really well for employee safety, driver safety and overall workforce tracking.

Cons

There really isn't anything I dislike about it since it does an excellent job supporting employee safety. The only thing I'd expect is even more updates and improvements in the future.

Even with those advantages, there are still a few drawbacks organizations should think about. The cost can be a concern and there may also be privacy issues depending on how the system is used. It also depends heavily on technology, offers only limited customization in some areas and may require extra training and support for teams to use it effectively.

Cons

Award360 is built around protecting field workers, whether they're climbing utility poles or working near hazardous gas pipelines. Because of that, the emergency response features really need to operate with exact real-time reliability and any downtime is simply not acceptable.
