“versatile no-code platform”

Pros

Being a no-code platform is a big advantage with Blocworx. We can create modules and blocks internally to match exactly what our customers need and the software is very painless to work with. It's used across all parts of our business and it was especially valuable during COVID-19 when we quickly set up employee trackers, temperature logs, close-contact records and similar tools. On top of that, the Blocworx team has always been accessible and genuinely helpful.

Cons

It works across a wide range of business environments but to get the most out of it, the user or administrator really needs to understand just how much can be done with its modules and blocks.

Blocworx has been incredibly flexible and adaptable for us. It can handle just about anything we need it to do which has been a huge plus.

Cons

There really hasn't been much to dislike. Most of the things that didn't work for us were adjustable and we were able to change them.

“appreciate the convenience of digital training”

Pros

Working across multiple film and television companies means I manage a huge amount of training paperwork, reporting and results analysis while supporting trainees and people building new skills. This software has made that whole process far more efficient by giving me a clear overview of each company's training performance and letting me generate reports without the usual hassle. It has saved me a significant amount of time and effort especially compared with trying to read handwritten forms, chase signatures and scan documents. The people taking part in the training, as well as their supervisors, also find it much more convenient and far less time-consuming to use.

Cons

Better integration with our accounting systems would be really valuable, as it would allow me to create more detailed reports directly within the platform instead of having to pull that information together manually at the end.
