“Tailored to our workflow without a hassle”
Pros
Unlike other tools that come already set up and force us to change our way of working, BlueKanGo can be tailored to fit how our company actually operates. Another big plus is that making changes does not require programming skills which makes the platform very accessible and pleasant to use. Its biggest advantage is clearly the product's flexibility, along with the quality of the project managers who help set up our platform. They are skilled, inventive and really take the time to understand what the client needs.
Cons
Because the platform is built around our specific requirements, things can be a bit less obvious if we are not fully clear on what we want from the start. That said, they do provide a library of applications that serves as a helpful starting point.

“Digital process simplifies manager arrival tracking”
Pros
Turning the process digital makes it much simpler to follow the arrival of new managers, helps supervisors plan onboarding steps properly, sends reminder alerts for key tasks like the mid-probation meeting and forwards important forms straight to the right department.
Cons
Putting a process into digital form assumes that the process is already clearly defined but in a fast-changing environment like the healthcare network, things can shift quickly. Because of that, it took a lot of flexibility from both our team and BlueKanGo to make it work but we did manage to get there.

“adapts to what the client actually requires”
Pros
We're currently rolling out a document management system for digital forms with BlueKanGo and the support from their team has been really valuable. Their guidance is adapted to what the client actually needs which makes the whole process feel much more relevant. For our project, they assigned a dedicated project manager who has been with us through every step, from design and modeling to training and technical support. Having one person follow the project throughout has made communication much simpler and helped both sides better understand the needs and constraints involved.
Cons
One thing that does take time is getting used to BlueKanGo's own platform terminology. It isn't immediately easy to learn so learning technical names like BlueWall, BlueApps and similar terms can slow things down a bit at the beginning.
