Pros
Customizing existing LOTO procedures and visual documents has been very convenient and creating new ones to match a specific manufacturing process area is just as smooth. It also works well for managing access and giving other employees permission whenever needed.
Cons
I haven't come across any real drawbacks based on how I've used it.
