Carbonhound is very user-friendly. With minimal direction, we are able to collect and verify a variety of data to track emissions and set targets. Additionally, the varying degrees of user access is a great security feature that ensures the right people manage critical data in the tool.
Cons
There isn't anything in particular I like the least. Issues that come up are often resolved quickly by the Carbonhound team in a manner that best fits the situation.

“builds internal capacity and saves admin time”
Pros
Helps our organization develop internal capacity where we can spend more time developing member relationship and spend less time administratively tracking & understanding emissions. I also like the focus the platform has on empowering individuals to interact with the platform and emissions so they feel more closely tied to the information they are adding to the platform.
Cons
Nothing in particular comes to mind, the only place I "like the least" isn't a real issue, its just a part of being in a partnership where we are constantly working through the case by case scenerios that both parties bring.
