“plethora of tools that are excellent”
Pros
Lots of features, lots of different reports, made hourly billing easier with the daily/weekly feature. You could customize ChildWatch to your needs for childcare ,training videos were very useful when starting and when updated.
Cons
While ChildWatch offers powerful customization and a wealth of features, the interface could be more user friendly to make navigation and daily tasks easier for all users.
