“powerful browser workspace”
Pros
Workspace is great, easy to use and runs through a web browser so there's nothing to install on client computers. They continually add new features to it. Additionally really like the Workflow tool, makes the creation and modification of your workflows so much easier, it's a visual map of the workflow. I know that the daily users love the GIS mapping tie-in and would be lost without it.
Cons
Right now administration of the software is done through a few different programs and is a bit convoluted at times, however they are working on making one new tool that will do everything - Configuration Console so once that's completed it'll be alot easier to maintain.

Pros
CityView Workspace is a user-friendly web-based program that we utilize for our building permitting and code enforcement tracking. It provides a strong and versatile platform for our entire permit and enforcement process.
Cons
CityView's main office's are located in British Columbia which creates a three hour time difference.
