Their personalized customer service absolutely thrilled me and you can tell they genuinely care about the communities they support. Their team were absolute rockstars and we truly couldn't have made it through this season without them!
Cons
The initial setup had a learning curve but the admins were incredibly supportive and helped us push through those first challenging weeks until we got comfortable with the system.

Pros
Whenever we get stuck trying to work through the program, the support from a customer support representative has been excellent. She really knows the system inside and out and helps us get back on track without much trouble.
Cons
One downside is that applicants can't print a copy of the application with the information they entered. That's inconvenient because some parents still prefer paper copies.

“simple camp sign-ups”
Pros
Running a small team Cogran has honestly felt like adding extra staff for handling camp and class registration from start to finish. Before switching, we relied on Excel for sign-ups which took a lot of manual work and left room for mistakes. Collecting payments was also a hassle and now that part is automated. Because of that, I've been able to offer more camps and classes. I was nervous about switching because I assumed I'd need to be an IT expert but I was amazed by how quickly Cogran got everything running. I really appreciate how knowledgeable their team was and that they took the time to walk me through the system.
Cons
Since I'm more of a visual learner, I would really appreciate instructional videos, such as how to set up a class, what the difference is between a camp and a class and how to configure each one. There are certain steps I don't use often so having a video to reference would be very helpful.
