“Useful add-ons”
Pros
The interface is clear, the design feels well thought out and having different modules available is a real plus. It also looks well suited for corporate applications.
Cons
It's hard to point out any real downside since I only had a brief demo of the latest version. From what I saw, there didn't seem to be any obvious issues.

“Paperless LOTO Process”
Pros
Getting the right information from a single page is very convenient. The LOTO validation process works well and the phone app is reliable overall even though the email sending option doesn't function. Using the app daily seems better than relying on paper especially since my group is pushing for a paperless solution.
Cons
The interface still isn't very user-friendly and there's no video tutorial to help users build skills quickly when creating LOTO processes in both French and English.

“fast start with reliable assistance”
Pros
Start up was simple and the interface feels easy to use. Support has been excellent and implementation happened exactly as expected.
Cons
I know this is probably already on the way but I'd really like to see more of ConformIT's features available in the mobile app, similar to what they did with the LOTO module.
