Pros
Running self-storage with Cubikil has been a huge step up especially when it comes to performance and security. A lot of storage software still feels outdated but this platform lets us manage our facilities from anywhere without hassle. Their customer service has been outstanding as well. Whenever something comes up, their support team gets involved within minutes and handles it right away. During the switch from our previous system, they took care of the whole migration process for us, including units, reservations and payments. That level of hands-on help made a big difference. Cubikil Merchant Services has easily become my favorite feature.
Cons
After using it for about a year, I honestly haven't run into any problems. If anything, the only thing worth mentioning is that they release a lot of system updates which I actually appreciate.
