“Comprehensive FM Platform”
Pros
Right from the rollout the software has felt very user-friendly and easy to configure. Information is reused across modules so there's no need for duplicate entry or similar extra work. It covers most of the functions you would expect in a modern FM organization, whether the setup is small or large, basic or more advanced. Local administrators can also create and adjust user roles, templates and related settings on their own without having to rely on consultants. Reporting and data analysis are just as accessible and user-friendly. Performance has been dependable, with good response times and very little downtime. On top of that, Dalux provides excellent, approachable support. Their consultants clearly understand both the product itself and Facility Management practices and processes. The product is evolving quickly and the company seems more focused on strengthening the software technically than on pushing sales or consultancy services.
Cons
One difficulty is getting clear visibility into the development pipeline and upcoming releases. Also, integration across the different products in the Dalux suite is still a work in progress.

Pros
Before this our tenants were sending every issue by email which made things harder to manage. With the DaluxFM Operation and Maintenance module, we now have one shared place to handle reported issues across all our properties, including details and pictures. That makes it possible to respond fast and/or create a task and pass it on to a contractor which is incredibly useful. The whole product also feels very user-friendly across all of its modules.
Cons
An area that could be better is the communication between the contractor and the person reporting the issue which in our case is the tenant. It would be much better if this could be managed directly in the mobile app instead of through email. It would also help if the information visible to a contractor on a task could be configured.

“A polished UI”
Pros
After trying several CMMS platforms recently, Dalux has easily been one of the most user-friendly to work with. The interface is well designed, the UI looks good and the 3D view is a really nice feature. It also seems to cover pretty much everything you would need in terms of functionality.
Cons
The only thing I feel is missing is a more detailed handbook or user manual.
