From an admin's side, as well as for the receptionist and the visitor, handling everything feels very easy. It's effective, innovative and secure which gives an overall sense of quality and confidence.
Cons
Up to this point, I haven't come across any drawbacks. EastCoast also provides incredibly fast and outstanding personal support so even if something comes up later, I doubt I'd see it as a major issue.
