Pros
Getting a maintenance platform for free and still having all the essential tools to fully manage maintenance is a huge advantage. The company's goal seems to be spreading maintenance culture to as many people as possible and that really comes through in this product.
Cons
The visual design could definitely be improved but it feels like the developer has chosen to prioritize the program's functionality and content above everything else.
