The interface could be improved, as it feels a bit complex for beginners when trying to locate features. It would also help to have some guidance materials and training files included.

reports + search win

Pros

Working with the Bill History and Location/Account/Meter reports has been especially useful, with several features standing out in a really positive way. The hierarchy setup makes it much easier to understand how each account fits in with the others which is particularly helpful when navigating the many Los Angeles County buildings. The ability to search sites using a wide range of filters is another major advantage, whether searching by location description, address, meter number or other details. The automatically generated graphs in the Bill History reports also save time and make it easier to identify trends at a glance. Another valuable feature is the level of customization available in the Bill History report especially when narrowing results down to specific commodities or utility providers.

Cons

One area that could definitely be better is the overall user interface. When I first started using the platform, it was not effortless to move around and figure things out. A cleaner, more user-friendly design would help and some documentation or guidance on how to use the tool would be especially useful for new users.
