Pros
Having the option to tailor incident reporting categories and approval workflows has been really valuable for us. Exporting data to Excel is also very helpful when we need added functionality beyond the system.
Cons
Getting the system implemented was tough because staff issues meant we had more than one point person involved. That made the rollout less organized than we wanted and dragged the timeline out longer than expected. Once our primary contact came back, the process started going much better.

Pros
For us it helps capture information in real time and lets users interact directly with the creator which makes the experience feel much more engaging and useful.
Cons
Some footage still has to be recorded outside the system which can be a little confusing for first-time users. There's also definitely room to improve the data analysis side.
