Encamp Features
Inventory Management
Encamp centralizes chemical data across all facilities, providing a clear view of locations and quantities. The software imports chemical documentation like safety data sheets, creates records with built-in accuracy checks, and standardizes workflows. This ensures inventories remain current and Tier II reporting becomes more predictable.
Threshold Monitoring
The platform provides real-time monitoring of chemical thresholds across facilities. Encamp tracks daily inventory changes, flags reportable amounts according to federal, state, and local rules, and guides teams on next steps. Automated alerts and centralized threshold data help maintain accurate, timely reporting without last-minute surprises.
Cross-Team Data Capture
Encamp enables unified data collection across facility staff, program leads, and EHS specialists. Guided workflows standardize entries, reduce errors, and ensure users access only authorized facilities. Automated checks maintain data accuracy and support collaboration, keeping reporting on track and preventing delays during Tier II season.
Automated Submissions
The software connects directly with state and local agencies to file Tier II reports. Encamp handles submissions via portal, email, or paper once reports are entered in the platform. Users can view filing status, timestamps, and securely store all documentation, including prior years, ensuring audit readiness.

“Reports are so helpful!”
Pros
Keeping up with environmental compliance reporting has become much more manageable with Encamp. Tracking different state requirements and deadlines used to be a headache especially across multiple facilities but now much of it is automated and centralized in one system. It has saved me a lot of time and gives me more confidence that everything is being handled accurately, with fewer unexpected issues and less chance of overlooking something important.
Cons
One challenge with Encamp is the learning curve when you first get started. There are a lot of features built into the platform which is valuable over time but it took a while to understand how everything works and how to fit it into our current workflow. More hands-on onboarding or more of an uncomplicated navigation would make the initial setup much better especially for teams that are new to environmental compliance software.

“detailed reporting you can count on”
Pros
Having Encamp handle the Tier II report submissions to the correct agencies was a big relief. It took one more task off my plate and gave me less to keep track of. It worked really well for what I needed especially since I was using it to file a report in a state reporting system I do not know very well.
Cons
I do not have any major complaints. If anything, I would just prefer the option to know right away the moment a report has been submitted to a state agency.
