Pros
Right from the start, the software feels like I have been using it forever. It includes the right features for carrying out electrical audits, makes data visualization clear and practical and consistently produces reliable results. The SMS notification feature is also genuinely useful.
Cons
There are still a few bugs in the software and it would be better if it allowed manual adjustment of carbon emission factors depending on the region. It also lacks personalized advice for energy management.
