Pros

Being able to build a work order that follows our process and is completely customizable has been really useful. It's also easy to use and setting up multiple forms for all of our data collection needs works well.

Cons

Compared with some competing products making changes to forms feels a bit more complicated. On top of that, getting help from customer service has been slower than I would like.

Pros

Putting forms together is as simple as it can be and the usability feels just right. There are plenty of field choices available when creating a form and the different delivery options for submitted forms, like email and Google Drive, are really useful.

Cons

At this point, I honestly can't think of any downsides to FastFields. For what we need right now, it has been absolutely perfect.

Pros

Using FastField in the field made data capture quick and efficient thanks to its simple mobile forms and reliable data collection process.

Cons

A few customization options seemed somewhat limited and data syncing sometimes took longer than expected which could slow down the workflow.
