It's a practical data management tool, with very useful modules and a user friendly setup. The latest addition to the platform, the reporting feature, seems excellent to me.
Cons
At the beginning, the software integration was slow and somewhat confusing. I believe any program can always be improved and neither M Risk nor we users have fully taken on that task yet.
