Pros
Running field operations with it has been a really positive experience. The app is very user friendly and the level of customer service has been second to none. My field managers are getting more done and I'm able to track and confirm their activities without any trouble. Anytime I need help, the support team responds quickly and is consistently helpful.
Cons
At this point, I haven't come across any downsides. The app meets and in many ways exceeds, everything I need it to do.

“real time reporting powerhouse”
Pros
Beyond being reasonably priced, the software delivers a lot of impressive real time features that help save time, money and effort. I've worked in the security industry for years and honestly hadn't come across anything quite like this before. The real time reports, along with the videos and photos, are especially valuable because our HQ team can immediately see what's happening and what our personnel are doing on the ground.
Cons
I haven't run into any issues with the application at all. It works really well and is simple to navigate.
