“Packed features that simplify workflows”
Pros
Right from the start, this software came loaded with plenty of features and modules that made our business processes and overall workflow much simpler. It has helped us keep a better eye on operations which improved both effectiveness and efficiency. Nearly all of our workflows became far less complicated and much more manageable once we started using it.
Cons
There really wasn't much to dislike because anytime something felt unclear or didn't work the way we expected, their team was quick to step in, resolve it and even customize things when needed. Whether it was related to user experience or adding new features and modules, they were always willing to adapt. I especially appreciate their mindset around constant improvement, both for their customers and for themselves.

“helpful reports”
Pros
Whenever we need reports, this software lets us pull them quickly with all the required metrics which makes the reporting feature really useful. The PPM module has also been quite helpful for planning maintenance in advance.
Cons
One thing missing is the option to send a message to just one user since right now messages go to the entire project. That's an area that could definitely be improved.
