“versatile platform”
Pros
One thing that really stands out about this platform is how versatile it is without feeling complicated. The system stays user friendly while still having a bunch of options to customize it around your specific needs. It's also nice to see more add ons being rolled into the core product with each new revision.
Cons
The reporting side of it still feels pretty limited and could be much better. We used Crystal Reports before but with support for the enterprise version ending, MRI still hasn't come up with a proper replacement.
