“Overpriced lease tool”

Pros

Its supposed to provide an option for lease management and have strong reporting capabilities. They told us it would simplify the process you have to go through for real estate and capital leases.

Cons

Unfortunately, it is very difficult to learn how to use it. The features it offers are great but what use are they when you can't figure out how to get them to work for you. The reports we were able to generate weren't really fit for our purpose and it was too hard to figure out how to customize it or get to another template. Way too expensive for what you get especially when you consider that there are less expensive and more user friendly options out there that most audit firms would be more likely to recommend anyways.

“all in one admin and accounting hub”

Pros

Having both an administrative database and an accounting tool in one place has been really valuable. It also supports access for multiple teams while still keeping the right security controls in place.

Cons

There are times when I wish the accounting reports were a bit more solid. I can get everything I need for disclosures but I've had to rely on a few workarounds instead of having one complete report in a single place.

Pros

Really handy to have quick access in a single place with this. Everything is housed on one platform so it works well as a one stop shop for the information I need.

Cons

I'm still getting familiar with the many features so more training at the beginning would be helpful.
