“User friendly design”
Pros
Using this has been the cause of an efficiency boost within my work and the ability to schedule road closings ahead of time is a really useful feature. The system is also user friendly which makes it simple to work with.
Cons
One issue that comes up regularly is that notices are sent from an unfamiliar sender which confuses people because they do not recognize what the email is about and often delete it. They then reach out to us saying they never received the road notice. It would be much better if the sender showed as up as something we were able to set.

“all relevant information in one place”
Pros
Having all the information together in one place is fantastic. We've also made good use of the ability to build emergency management exercise layers that simulate a disaster event which has been extremely useful.
Cons
The only annoyance is forgetting my password when switching devices but that's not really an issue with the software itself. I honestly can't think of anything specific I dislike right now.
