Adding health and safety risk assessments, concerns, near misses and similar records is simple with this user friendly software. I'd definitely recommend it to businesses.

I haven't come across any features that feel unnecessary or unhelpful.

Pros

This is a fantastic tool that removes a lot of the heavy lifting from compliance work. Being able to set reminders and automatic notifications, along with reliable action tracking, makes running a QMS system feel much more manageable.

Cons

It would be better with a select all option, the ability to search by serial numbers and a fix for the occasional page jumping.

Pros

After using MyCompliance for several years, it has become a key part of how we manage compliance across the business. The team genuinely pays attention to what we need and is always available to help us get the most out of the system. As an SME with around 47 employees, a vehicle fleet, lots of statutory and manufacturer training, a sizeable asset register and a high volume of RAMS produced every day, MyCompliance removes a huge amount of the stress from keeping on top of everything. We also rely on the Legislation module and it is incredibly valuable because it keeps us informed of the changes we need to know about so we can stay current and compliant. Asset management is essential for us and MyCompliance cuts down the admin time needed to keep assets updated and in line with requirements. The Risk Assessment feature is excellent and is now used by both our admin team and engineers through the app. We have also rolled out incident reporting in the app and it has proven to be very efficient. Overall, MyCompliance is an outstanding system that covers everything we need as an SME.

Cons

Honestly there is nothing I would point to as a drawback. The system handles everything we need and even goes beyond that.
