After several months of using MyLobby Hot Desking, our organization is extremely pleased with how it has worked out. Booking hot desks, arranging meetings and handling day to day scheduling all happen effortlessly in one place. The real time availability feature is especially valuable because it ensures team members can always find and access the workspace they need, helping create a more productive environment. It has genuinely changed the way we organize our office space and I'd absolutely recommend it to any organization looking for a more organized workspace solution.

Cons

the only downside is that it wasn't available sooner. A lot of businesses could really benefit from having a tool like this to keep things organized.
