makes it easy to keep track of things

Pros

Everything is laid out clearly and having ERP and CRM combined in one system is a big plus. All parts are connected, with a useful timeline and solid logging that make it easy to keep track of things. It's also a Dutch company with hosting in Europe which is reassuring. On top of that, the pricing is very competitive compared with other products.

Cons

There are still a few areas that could be developed further but nothing that would actually get in the way of using the software.

smooth workflow

Pros

The software is flexible enough to integrate well with your own organization and specific work processes which is a major plus point.

Cons

Because the company is still relatively young and therefore has fewer employees, it can sometimes take a bit longer to get a response when you have larger feature requests or questions.
