Pros
It gives a complete view of everything across data centers and cloud environments which makes tracking and managing assets much more effective.
Cons
One limitation is that it still isn't FedRAMP certified across the board so it may not fit federal agency requirements in every case.

“Impressive capabilities”
Pros
Being able to build a rack with the exact devices I need and connect everything end to end is genuinely impressive. Another big plus is that if a device is not already in the library, I can request it and NetZoom usually adds it within just a few days. That really adds value and I would definitely recommend it.
Cons
One thing I'd still like to see is a "Duplicate" or "Copy & Paste" option in the right click menu for devices or racks that I've already added to my projects.
