“reliable reporting”
Pros
Using it has given me a lot of confidence in the numbers I report. The platform is user friendly, backed by science based data and supported by plenty of helpful articles. Their customer support is excellent whenever questions come up so getting started feels very manageable even without a deep sustainability background. I also appreciate that their team is always working to improve the product and is very open to technical feedback.
Cons
Because the platform is constantly being updated, I occasionally run into small bugs or some interface elements that could be more user friendly. That said, the team is very responsive whenever feedback is shared.

“support team is always on standby”
Pros
Having a dedicated account manager makes a real difference and the team is consistently willing to help. They're also very responsive whenever any issue comes up, whether it's something minor or a larger problem that needs attention.
Cons
There isn't anything major to complain about. If I had to point to one thing, it would be that the system can occasionally be a bit tricky to navigate because they're constantly making improvements so parts of the portal change and take some time to adjust to.

“Stays responsive to user needs”
Pros
From planning and data collection to analysis and methodology review, Normative provides dedicated support throughout the entire process. The platform is regularly updated based on customer requests which shows they stay responsive to user needs. We've also only experienced flexibility when working around tighter deadlines. On top of that, the platform is very thorough when it comes to auditing and methodology and it allows full datasets and reports to be exported.
Cons
Since I haven't used another alternative, I can still say it seems very on top of customer needs around data, emission factors and reduction potential. The templates do involve some manual data processing but that also helps you stay closely connected to the data itself.
