“powerful utility platform”
Pros
Across the utility space, this software touches nearly every area that matters. It feels very mature from both the business side and the backend and the underlying algorithms are built in a way that makes them hard to disrupt. It offers a lot of flexibility while still being strong enough to support excellent revenue generation.
Cons
From an implementation standpoint, the UI wasn't enjoyable to work with. It feels very plain and lacks visual appeal.
