There's a lot of flexibility in how you can customize things and the system is easy to use. It also offers plenty of options, useful evaluations and different ways to access the platform which makes it very practical in day to day use.
Cons
From time to time, there are outages that can't really be explained. On the positive side, the support usually responds with support right away when that happens.
