“Useful visitor tracking function”
Pros
One thing I really appreciate about this software is how well it handles visitor security. When a guest arrives, you can scan a Photo ID, driver's license or passport into the system and it stores that information in the database. After that, it can issue a pass and remember their details for future visits which makes repeat check ins much more convenient.
Cons
Sometimes it has a hard time reading newer ID formats but it works really well with older versions of IDs.

Pros
Registering visitors is very easy, whether they arrive on site and sign in at the front desk or are preregistered ahead of time by the employee they're coming to see.
Cons
it handles everything we need from it and even goes beyond that.
